Many of our products are made to order or require personalization. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization, materials, and operational circumstances.
Production may take approximately 5–60 business days and may take longer during periods of high demand, peak seasons, complex customization, or unforeseen delays. In rare circumstances, production may take longer than 120 business days.
Shipping begins after production and dispatch. Shipping times are separate from production times and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Production and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
If you need to request a cancellation or change to an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification request can be completed once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable conditions described on our website.
Personalized and engraved products may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange because they are created specifically according to the customer's selections.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order information and photographs of the item so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
